Privacy Policy
Reckona AI ("we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through reckonaai.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
We only collect what a form or tool needs to work. We never sell personal data, and we never use it for anything beyond what's described here.

Where it's stored and who processes it
Form submissions are written directly into a private Google Sheet we control, using Google's infrastructure as our data processor. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not use any other third-party processor, and we do not share, rent or sell your data to anyone outside these two Google services, which exist solely to run this site and respond to your request.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. These don't identify you by name and aren't used for advertising. You can block them at any time via your browser settings or an extension like a Google Analytics opt-out add-on, without affecting your ability to use the site.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable follow-up period after — typically no more than 24 months of inactivity, after which they're deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
As a Data Principal, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
- Request erasure of your data once it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- File a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

Security
Access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to run the business. Forms submit over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we don't hold anything more sensitive than the contact details listed above — we never ask for passwords, ID numbers or payment details through this site.
Children's data
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use previously collected data will be notified by email to anyone the change applies to.
