These terms govern your use of reckonaai.com and, at a high level, how Reckona AI ("we", "us") engages on paid work. By using this site or requesting an audit, call or quote, you agree to them.

Using this site

The content on reckonaai.com — text, design, tools, reports generated by our free tools — is provided for general information and lead generation. You may read, share and link to it. You may not scrape, republish or resell it wholesale, or use the free tools (AI Readiness, AI Rank Tracker) to build a competing product.

Free audits, tools and reports

Free audits, the AI Readiness Assessment and the AI Rank Tracker are provided as-is, generated from the information you supply and publicly observable signals. They're directional starting points, not guarantees of results, rankings, or AI-engine citations — no honest firm can promise those.

Paid engagements

Anything beyond a free audit or call — retainers, projects, or any practice listed on /services/ — is governed by a separate written Master Service Agreement (MSA) and statement of work signed by both parties, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement. In general: scope and prices are fixed and quoted in writing before work begins, IP transfers to you on final payment, and ad/analytics accounts are always created in your name. Standard engagements carry a 90-day minimum term and 30-day notice to end thereafter, as detailed in your MSA.

No guarantee of results

We guarantee process, transparency and documented effort — not specific rankings, citations, traffic or revenue outcomes, since those depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithm changes, your market, your team's execution on our recommendations). Any performance targets we agree to are set out explicitly in your MSA.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Reckona AI's total liability arising from your use of this site or a free tool is limited to nil, since no fee is charged for them. Liability arising from a paid engagement is capped as set out in the applicable MSA. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the business evolves; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Changes don't apply retroactively to an already-signed MSA.
