Common pitfalls in Indian implementations

Automating a broken process. If the underlying process is inconsistent, automation just breaks faster and more often.
No exception handling. A workflow that fails silently on edge cases erodes trust quickly.
Underestimating change management. Staff need to trust and adopt the new workflow, not route around it.
